Product Description

The IS200CPFPG1AAA is a 48 VAC Control Power Flash Protect Board created by General Electric for the company’s Mark VI Speedtronic series.  The Mark VI was one of the latest turbine control systems released by General Electric for monitoring and controlling gas and steam turbine systems. This board is designed for use in medium-voltage Innovation Series drives, where it monitors the status of input line fuses, monitors possible insulation failure within source power cables, and protects the 48 VAC power bus. 

The IS200CPFPG1AAA includes input line fuses (time-delayed) and output line fuses that are self-resetting.  These fuses will trip at 2.0 Amps.  Output line fuses connect to seven output circuits that are connected in series.   Four LEDs are located at each output connector where there is voltage. 

Other board components include a power OK light, spark gap arrestors, TP test points, nine 3-pin connectors, two 4-pin connectors, four stab connectors, and one screw terminal, along with transformers and other power components. 

The IS200CPFPG1AAA  typically mounts within an insulated panel.  Power should be removed from all components before installation begins and all circuits should be tested.   This board is mounted on plastic standoffs which will require careful installation and removal.
