Product Description

The IS200TRPAH1A is a component (PCB) created by GE for the Mark VI system.  One of the last of the Speedtronic series, the MKVI is a gas/steam turbine management system built with central control.  The central control module, or modules in TMR (triple modular redundant) systems, are connected to termination boards that in turn bring I/O to/from the rest of the boards in the system.  The Central control module(s) connect to an operator interface loaded with software like CIMPLICITY graphics and the Control System Toolbox. This interface and software allow users access to software configuration tools and turbine data.

The IS200TRPAH1A functions as a Primary Trip terminal board. This is part of the Turbine Specific Primary Trip I/O pack that is designated IS200PTURH (1A or 1B.) The IS200TRPAH1A has

  • Speed input rating of -15 to 140 Vdc

  • E-stop input rating of 18 to 140 Vdc

  • Voltage detection input rating of 16 to 140 Vdc

  • Contact out voltage of 24 Vdc nominal, 28 Vdc maximum.

The IS200TRPAH1A has eight connectors, including six 37-pin cable connectors. These are located in two lines of three. There are two vertical pin connectors (P1/P2.)  There are also two terminal blocks. Each terminal blocks have twenty-four screw connections. The board has integrated circuits, resistors, TP test points, capacitors, transistors, and diodes.  The board is marked with multiple codes, including the board id number, 6DA00, and 6BA00. The board has two factory-made holes designed for screw-connected mounting to a secondary surface.
