Product Description

The IS200VCMIH2CAA is a GE Mark VI board component.  The board is designed for use within Speedtronic systems and functions as a Communications card.  It typically installs within the first slot of the VME rack. 

The IS200VCMIH2CAA has an attached front faceplate.  The faceplate attaches to the circuit board using screw mounts along the front edge of the board.  Two screw mounts are located at the top and bottom edges of the faceplate.  These help lock the board securely into the rack once it is installed and can also help disengage it from the backplane when it is time to replace the board.  One of these is labeled with the GE logo while the other is marked with the board ID number.  The faceplate of the board is populated by three IONet connectors, one serial port (male) with screw connections to keep the associated cable secure, and a reset button.  Additionally, there are four sets of LED indicators on the faceplate.  Each LED or set of LEDs is properly labeled. 

The IS200VCMIH2CAA has components on its front and on its back surfaces.  The rear surface is primarily composed of capacitors and resistors.  The front surface of the board also includes capacitors and resistors but also has over 40 integrated circuits (including FPGAs,) several connectors including two backplanes, test points, inductor/chokes, and transistors.
