Product Description

The IS200VAICH1B is an Analog input board for the Mark VI turbine control system.  The Mark VI, which is one of the company’s last Speedtronic industrial control units, was designed to offer both TMR (triple modular redundant) and Simplex control.  VAIC boards can be used in both kinds of configurations.  However, you should be sure to purchase the correct board for your particular application and architecture.  We suggest purchasing the same iteration of the board as you are currently using to ensure compatibility. 

The IS200VAICH1B is a VME analog input board.  It works with several other boards, including VCMI and UCVX communications and controller boards.  The VAIC typically “lives” within an I/O rack with other boards like the VSVO, VTUR, VVIB, VRTD, VTCC, and VGEN.  Each board has its own responsibilities for maintaining generator inputs, outputs, and control. 

The IS200VAICH1B weighs approximately 2.0 pounds before we box the unit up for shipment.  Please be aware your FOB weight will be different due to the thorough boxing and padding our team does.  This is to ensure your part arrives in the same condition as it leaves us.

The IS200VAICH1B includes a front faceplate with LEDs, processor chips, transistors, resistors, ICs, and capacitors.  Components on the board will be marked with reference designations.  The board is also marked with the General Electric logo and includes other code markings that will help with placement and wiring.  For additional information refer back to original documentation from General Electric like manuals and user guides.
