About the IS200TVIBH2A
The IS200TVIBH2A works within the Mark VI turbine control system. This is one of General Electric’s Speedtronic control systems, specifically designed to control industrial gas and steam turbine systems. TVIB boards typically work in conjunction with VVIB boards. Two TVIB termination boards are used to divide keyphasor inputs from the VVIB board in 3,000 rpm to 3,600 rpm applications. When shaft speeds run over 3,600 rpm, faster sampling may be needed. Unlike many IS200 boards, the IS200TVIBH2A does not include an attached faceplate. The board does have, however:
- two terminal blocks
- each with two lines of screw terminals
- seven female connectors
- 14 plug connectors located in:
- three lines of four
- a single line of two
Other board components include capacitors, integrated circuits, resistors, diodes, and inductor coils. Additionally, the board has sixteen jumper switches placed in a single line. These are placed in pairs (eight pairs of two) and will determine how circuits within the board operate. Refer to GE manuals and user guides for additional information. All handling information should be read and understood before unboxing your part from AX Control. This is to ensure your safety as well as to ensure the longevity of your new purchase.
