Product Description

The IS200TSVCH2A is a turbine-specific servo-valve I/O module.  This is only one of several kinds of turbine-specific I/O boards within our inventory, so please be sure to order the correct board for your application. 

The IS200TSVCH2A weighs approximately 2.25 pounds.  As a servo-valve terminal board, it is designed to provide a direct interface for actuators and external sensors.  Using boards like this one offers the opportunity to reduce or eliminate much of the original instrumentation once used between the system and these external components.  This reduces the chance of single-point failures while it increases the potential for system reliability.  It also reduces long-term maintenance needs and costs. 

The IS200TSVCH2A is designed with two removable barrier-type terminal blocks.  These are located on one long board side.   The board is designed with two pulse rate inputs for heavy-duty and aero gas and steam.    This board is designed to work in conjunction with a PSVOH1B pack.  

Other board components on the IS200TSVCH2A include four transformers, three d-shell connectors, and multiple vertical plug connectors.  The board has several jumper switches, each that can be set at any of  multiple available settings.  The board is designed with components mounted to both sides of the board.  Components are marked with reference designations for easier identification.
