About the IS200TRTDH1BBB
The IS200TRTDH1BBB is a board component (PCB) manufactured by GE for the Mark VI system. The MKVI is a Speedtronic system for the management of gas/steam turbines. The MKVI can manage large and small turbine systems and can be built as a triple modular redundant or a simplex system. The IS200TRTDH1BBB functions as an RTD Input (TRDT) terminal board. This board is designed to work with the VRTD processor. Each of its sixteen, three-wire inputs have noise suppression circuitry to protect against high-frequency noise and surge. The board communicates with one or more VRTD board, which converts inputs to digital temperature values and transfers them to the controller. The IS200TRTDH1BBB has:
- two terminal blocks (barrier type) that are placed on the board side-by-side
- six DC-37 (female) pin connectors placed in two lines of three
- a shield bar located to the left of the terminal blocks
It is important to note for CE applications, double shielded wire must be used and shields must terminate at the shield terminal strip. Those barrier terminal blocks mentioned before can disconnect from the board surface for maintenance. The terminal blocks are labeled TB1 and TB2. All RTD signals from the IS200TRTDH1BBB has high-frequency decoupling to ground at signal entry. RTD multiplexing within the I/O processor is coordinated by redundant pacemakers. This means the loss of a cable does not create a loss of RTD signals within the system’s control database. Information about RTD specifications, ranges, types, and accuracy may be accessed by using GE publications like manuals, user guides, and datasheets. Please follow all suggested handling procedures. AX Control treats all MKVI boards as static-sensitive components during shipment and storage.
