Product Description
The IS200TBCIH3C is a small PCB board component made by GE for the Mark VI. The Mark VI is part of the Speedtronic line and is designed for the management of heavy-duty steam/gas turbine systems.
The IS200TBCIH3C functions as a Contact Input with Group Isolation terminal board. It accepts 24 dry contact inputs. These are wired to two barrier-type terminal blocks (TB1 and TB2.) The terminal blocks each have 24 contact inputs with a nominal excitation voltage of 48 V dc. In the Mark VI, the IS200TBCIH3C works with VCRC or VTCC boards. The board supports both TMR (triple modular redundant) and simplex applications.
The IS200TBCIH3C is built with three 37-pin (female) D-type connectors. These are labeled JR1, JS1, and JT1. Cables connect from these connectors to the VCRC or VCCC boards. The board also has two female plugs with three positions each. These are labeled JE1 and JE2. The plugs provide power to the board. The 24-position terminal blocks (mentioned above) are designed to be unplugged from the board and removed for maintenance when this is needed. The board also has resistors, diodes, and capacitors, as well as a single MOV (metal oxide varistor.)
The IS200TBCIH3C is mounted to a metal frame that protects the board on several edges. This includes a shield bar located in front of the terminal blocks. More information about the function, wiring, installation, and components of the IS200TBCIH3C may be found using GE publication GEH-6421, or other manuals or datasheets that reference this part. Please follow all safety procedures as recommended by the original manufacturer.
