The IS200RCSBG1BAA is a PCB board component manufactured to be a part of the Mark VI Speedtronic system. This was manufactured by GE as a control and management system for industrial gas and steam turbine systems, both large and small. The MKVI includes Ethernet communications and can be designed as either with Simplex or triple modular redundant control depending on the needs of the associated turbine system.
The IS200RCSBG1BAA is a 620 Frame RC Snubber Card. It protects diodes and SCRs from overvoltage issues by providing capacitors for snubber circuitry. One IS200RCSBG1BAA is required for each bridge.
The IS200RCSBG1BAA has twelve capacitors on its surface. These are laid out in six pairs of two. Each capacitor has a capacitance of .095 to .150 µF and a clamping current of 8.5 Apk.
Each pair of capacitors lines up with a single stab-on connector. The board also has seven terminal connections cut through its surface that are ringed with a conductive material. These are labeled N1, N2, P1, P2, and A-A/K, B-A/K, C-A/K. The board is marked with the General Electric logo and with codes like 6BA01. It is factory drilled in two corners.
