Product Description

The IS200ISBAH1ABA is an Innovation Series ISBus Daughter Printed Circuit Board (ISBA) that was produced and sold by General Electric.  This series of components are no longer being produced by GE and has become difficult to find. AX Control does, however, still try to stock the IS200ISBAH1ABA as a new surplus or refurbished part.

The IS200ISBAH1ABA is a replacement daughter board that originally came on the Application Control Layer Module (IS215ACLIH1A). This petite board has two ISBus communication channels. The ports on the ACLI are labeled that these channels connect to are labeled INSYNC A and INSYNC B. Both of these ports have a green and a yellow LED indicator that will glow when the ACLI board is online and receiving signals from the network connection.

The very small IS200ISBAH1ABA is located just above a smaller transition board. The transition board is positioned above the ACLI and attaches to the ISBA using two plastic spacers. The daughter board has many different components that include 30 resistors, 10 capacitors, a P1 connector, three stab connectors, a header port, a PC/104 port, and 17 integrated circuits (two of them are large processors).

This board has a lot of delicate circuitry on it and it is important to remember to observe anti-static procedures when handling and installing this replacement board. Failure to do so could cause damage to the board.
