Product Description

The IS200AEBMG1AFB circuit board is a board component fabricated as part of the Speedtronic Mark VI turbine control system from GE.  This distributed control system was marketed by General Electric as a complete solution for the control and management of hydro, steam, and gas industrial turbine systems. 

The IS200AEBMG1AFB is composed of a roughly rectangular board surface that has been mounted to a carrier frame.  This frame, marked 1151x122OBQ01, allows the board to be more easily mounted within the rack system.  The board does not include a typical Mark VI front faceplate with mounting hardware to lock it into place.  This mounting frame extends beyond the board’s surface on either long side with multiple screw mounts.  There are also cutouts on the board that allow access to factory-drilled holes on the carrier frame’s surface.  Several of these are used to secure the board to the carrier using clips and screws. 

The IS200AEBMG1AFB board itself is marked with reference designations, the board’s id number, the GE logo, and several identifying codes like  94V0 and E99006.   The board is also marked along its edge with + and - signs and with “AC.”  These correspond to the aforementioned screw mounts on the carrier frame.  

Components mounted to the IS200AEBMG1AFB include six vertical plug connectors, four transistors, over forty diodes, over 40 resistors that use various materials including metal film, and a dozen capacitors.   Additional information about the board’s components and its use can be found using GE manuals or data sheets.
