About the 50V4251
This unit is a model available within the GV3000 series of motor controller devices. These units are built as controller units with a set of three different control methods of motors. The units it is able to control range from simple motor systems, like pump units and fan modules, to advanced, complicated web process systems.The 50V4251 is outfitted with an externally integrated keypad, which is constructed with a 7-light segmented LED display. 50V4251 Software Tips and Specifications
While the exterior of this GV3000 series drive is protected by the custom frame, it remains possible to encounter a series of functional faults in usage and maintenance of the 50V4251 drive. One such fault is called the high line voltage fault, is is designated on the 50V4251 drive's display keypad as the code HIL. The HIL fault occurs when the drive's input voltage level reaches 15% above the nominal charge. Corrective action when faced with the HIL fault is to check the 50V4251 drive's actual line voltage against U.018 or H.021. The motors are able to be controlled by a standard general purpose setting, which utilizes control over the voltage and frequency, and then the two sets of vector-based control. The FVC is able to render and receive the encoder module feedback, and the SVC is not. All of these motor control methods are accessible through the 50V4251 drive's second menu of drive parameters, which requires a factory-issued password to access in conjunction with an understanding of this drive's intuitive built-in keypad display.
