This unit is classified as a Regulator Control Board from the GV3000/SE series of AC motor control drives. The GV3000 lineup was developed, produced, and manufactured by the electromechanical division of Reliance Electric LTD. This board is ID’d under the numerical designation of 0-56921-512.

The 0-56921-512 Regulator Control Board is outfitted with a standard-issue microprocessor attachment. This ensures that the GV3000 drive as a whole is operational at peak performance and capacity. The 0-56921-512, like several other Regulator Board models, is designed to accept and transfer signals such as the external speed reference and power circuit feedback signals, as well as the pulse-width modulated gate signals, which are sent to the IGBT transistors. The PWM signals are only produced and sent by the 0-56921-512 if the drive is operating under the Flux Vector Control setup.
