Product Description

The IS200TRLYH1CCB is a PCB manufactured by GE for their Mark VI system. Designed for multiple applications, the MKVI is often used to manage heavy-duty gas or steam turbines.   This system has high-speed networked I/Os and controllers that are acceptable for both triple redundant and simplex systems.  The MKVI has industry-standard Ethernet communications for I/O, controllers, and the HMI (operator interface.) It uses a specially designed software set for trending, configuration, programming, and analyzing diagnostics.  This includes the GE Control System Toolbox and the CIMPLICITY graphics display program.

The  IS200TRLYH1CCB functions as a Relay Output terminal board with contact sensing.  It has 12 magnetic plug-in relays. Six of these (1-6) drive external solenoids. These are Form-C contact outputs. A standard 125 V dc or 115 V ac with fuses plus onboard suppression provides field solenoid power.  Five relays (7-11) are not powered. These are isolated Form-C contacts. The twelfth output relay has a non-fused power supply. It is an isolated Form-C contact and is used for ignition transformers.

The  IS200TRLYH1CCB is populated by multiple connectors.  This includes two terminal boards (TB1/TB2,) four (female) 37-pin plugs for cable connections, and four plug connectors.  The cable connectors (JA1, JR1, JS1 and JT1) are used to connect the IS200TRLYH1CCB to the VCRC or VCCC boards. The board has twelve fuses and jumpers.  There are also various resistors, capacitors, diodes, and integrated circuits on the board.
