Product Description

The IS200JGNDG1A is a PCB component created for the Mark VI system.  As part of the Speedtronic series, the Mark VI was designed for the management of heavy-duty gas and steam turbine systems of various size and complexity.   The Mark VI includes ethernet capabilities and has a PC-based Operator Interface.

The IS200JGNDG1A functions as a Shield Ground Board. Two boards can be used in the same location.  The board is located and mounted alongside the terminal board. The IS200JGNDG1A is designed to provide ground connections for shield drain wires, especially when they need separation from the terminal board ground.

The IS200JGNDG1A mounts to a sheet metal grounding bracket that in turn attaches to the terminal board mounting plate.  Two screws inserted into factory-made holes in the IS200JGNDG1A provide a grounding path. The board may be installed with nylon washers between these screws and the metal plate that will remove this grounding path; this allows the board ground current to be directed to an alternative wired grounding location.  

The IS200JGNDG1A is a small board with only one component.  This is a Euroblock terminal strip with 24 terminals. The board has an operating temperature range of -30 C to +65 C.  It is 1.25 X 5.0 inches in size. Additional information about the IS200JGNDG1A board may be found within GE publication GEI-100613.
