Product Description

The IS200IGDMH1BCC is a board component that was created by the GE Corporation as part of the Mark VI system.  This control system is used for the management of steam or gas industrial turbines of different sizes and complexity.   The MKVI can be designed either as a triple modular redundant or as a simplex system to meet the needs of small and large systems.   The control module has an operator interface (HMI) that is Windows-based.  This HMI allows a user to access data from a single point.  The HMI is a non-essential part of the control system, thus it can be reinitialized or completely replaced with affecting the control of the turbine. 

The IS200IGDMH1BCC is used as an IGBT Gate Driver.   The board is a rectangular board mounted to a white sub-stratus.   The GE logo, a bar code, and several identifying codes all exist on the surface of the board.  The board also has a factory-made mounting hole drilled in each corner.  

The IS200IGDMH1BCC is designed with two transformers located side-by-side.   One of these transformers is larger than the other.   The board also has a heat sink to pull excess built-up heat from other board components.   There is an LED indicator, male jack connectors, four transistors, and two other connectors.   It also has a smaller auxiliary board soldered to its surface at a 90-degree angle.   This auxiliary board is populated by capacitors, diodes, and resistors.  It sits directly adjacent to the heat sink.
