Product Description

The IS200EHFCH2ACB is a printed circuit board created by GE for the Mark VI. The Mark VI is part of the Speedtronic series of gas/steam turbine management systems. The MKVI uses UDH or Unit Data Highway Ethernet-based LAN with peer-to-peer communication between most modules in the system (control module, excitation controls, starters, HMIs, PLC controls, and Historians.)  Links for communication from the MKVI to remote computers can be achieved through an optional RS232 Modbus port in Simplex systems or from communication drivers in the HMI in redundant systems. Time synchronization can be used to synch HMIS and controls on the UDH.  

The IS200EHFCH2ACB is a small board that functions as the Exciter Fan Control board. The board has few components. On the left edge of the board, three jumper switches are lined up from top to bottom.  It must be noted that while JP2 and JP3 are two-position switches, JP1 is a three position switch. The IS200EHFCH2ACB has three female plugs for connection to other boards. These include, from back to front, a 2-position, a 4-position, and a 3-position plug. The board also includes four TP test points. These are placed on the front edge of the board. To their right, the board has a field of twenty small metal points that are labeled IA/00. To the left of the test points, the board has two display lights. These are labeled STAT and FLT.
