About the 915K0100
915K0100 Reliance Electric Regulator Board Kit
The 915K0100 is a board component from Reliance Electric, typically used within the MaxPak III drive. The 915K0100 functions as a Regulator Board kit. This board is almost square and is drilled in each corner to allow for the mounting of screws or standoffs. Two of these drill mounts are ringed with a conductive material.
The largest component on the surface of the 915K0100 is a bipolar transistor (LM330K) that has been screw mounted to a heat sink. To the left of this, the board is populated by six transformers, and below the transformers are three surface-mounted high-voltage electrolytic capacitors (15000 uF 25 VDC.) Other board components include five additional surface-mounted electrolytic capacitors of varying capacitance, ceramic and polyester vinyl capacitors, wire wound resistors, resistor network arrays, and diodes. The board also has two potentiometers, an additional heat sink, terminal pins, a relay component, over twenty jumper switches, and a vertical pin (male) interface connector with clip connectors. The board has over fifty integrated circuits, including 8-bit microprocessor chips. Some components are mounted vertically to save space on the board. The board edge has been marked in half-inch increments.

Please note: since Reliance produced some of these components under the manufacturing names ‘Asea Brown Boveri’ and ‘Baldor-Reliance,’ these companies may also be resources for technical support publications relating to this product.
