814.64.01 Reliance Electric Print GBE GVE 3000 Drive Board
The 814.64.01 is a board component made by Reliance Electric. Baldor-Reliance or ABB/Asea Brown Boveri may be noted as the manufacturer of your current board; if you have any questions about compatibility, please talk to our team.
The 814.64.01 is a long rectangular card that is printed across its surface with a grid pattern. It is drilled in each corner to allow for the mounting of hardware and is drilled within the body of the board by several other holes. These are ringed with a conductive material. The board is populated by seven potentiometers, a transformer, four stab-on connectors, and twelve high-voltage surface-mounted electrolytic capacitors. The capacitors are placed on the board in two lines of six. The board also has carbon composite resistors, ceramic disk capacitors, and other ceramic capacitors.
Two terminal strips are located on the right side of the 814.64.01 board. One of these terminal strips has three screw connections while the other has six. The connections on the first strip are labeled L1 through L3. The connections on the second are labeled 45(-), 47(+), 48, U, V, and W.
The surface of the 814.64.01 is marked with several codes and numbers, and also includes the manufacturer’s logo. Some of this information is located on the rear side of the board. The top edge of the board is cut away in a narrow, long rectangle.
