About the 814.63.00
The 814.63.00 is a keypad display printed circuit board created by Reliance Electric. This keypad and display feature nine buttons from the center to the bottom of the device. The buttons each have their own function. The buttons are labeled as follows from left to right top to bottom: Stop / Reset, Start, Upward facing arrow (^), Downward facing arrow (˅), Auto / Man, FWD / REV, Prog., Run / Jog, and Enter. The 814.63.00 also features fourteen small red LED lights that illuminate individually. The LED lights are labeled from left to right top to bottom as follows: RPM, RUN, V, REM, A, JOG, Hz, AUTO, kW, FWD, TRQ, REV, PASS, and PROG. Above the small LED lights is a window that illuminates with various numbers depending on what operational mode the faceplate is displaying. Underneath the faceplate, there are three small surface mounted (SMD) resistors above the number display panel. There is also a small yellow block to the right of the surface mounted resistors. Underneath the number display is the fourteen LED lights. In the center of the lights are two integrated circuits and two surface mounted capacitors. On the right of the small LEDs are two more surface mounted resistors. Then the devices used for the buttons are below the lights. At the very top edge is a gray connector with a ribbon harness that is used to connect into the drive that needs the display panel.
