The 813.33.00 is an SCM card by Reliance Electric. This part was mass-produced over the years under the manufacturing names of  Reliance Electric, ASEA BROWN BOVERI, Baldor Reliance, Rockwell Reliance, and Allen Bradley.

The 813.33.00 is also known as an Electric Bus Clamp Card and a Print SCM. It goes in a Reliance Electric GV3000/SE series regulator and power unit. For the Electric Bus Clamp, you need two separate cards. The 813.33.00 is the right card in a and is paired with the 813.33.01 which is the left. It is meant to go in an AC089 to 170. The left card is not available in this set.

A DC Bus Clamp card is a small circuit board that is used to prevent over-voltage failures on adjustable speed drives. This card has a large capacitor attached to it with zip ties. There are two rectangular apparatuses on the other side of the capacitor next to a black divider. The 813.33.00 also has a duo of metallic securing brackets that hang off the edge of the circuit board. The card has the serial number printed on it, Reliance Electric SCM (with the Reliance Electric symbol), and the words Made in Switzerland.
