Product Description
The 805405-R is a power module from Reliance Electric. The 805405-R may also be known by another part number 0-60015-A, but for simplicity purposes, it will be referred to at the 805405-R for the rest of this description. The 805405-R features three transformers with 6974311A written across the top of each one. There is a large male connection terminal down the left edge of the circuit board with twenty-four pins. This male terminal is labeled P1. There is a large blue relay box on the upper edge, and on top of the relay box is a black rectangular box with eight thin metal tabs sticking out of the top. The 805405-R has a large 600V 20 Amp glass fuse. The power module also has four large pale blue linear resistors that each have a gold stripe, a black stripe, and two orange stripes. There are also four smaller light pink linear resistors and a light pink fusible resistor. The 805405-R has seven black and silver signal diodes and three larger solid black diodes (with small markings on the outside). The 805405-R module also features a pale blue wire that connects at the top edge of the circuit board and wraps around a black plastic loop at the bottom with a white arrow on it, to keep the wire neat. There is also a white wire that connects to the center of the card and a few small black wires that connect to the bottom edge that collect to the left of the black circle with the arrow.
