The 803624-4D is an SP500 Power circuit board from Reliance/Rockwell Automation. This board is designed to fit into SP500 drive systems that feature NEMA 1 or 4/12 enclosures. The motors have start/stop/reset control and feature forward/reverse ability, along with drive diagnostics. SP500 drives are PWM (pulse width modulated) drives that operate on single- or three-phase power. The 803624-4D mounts within the SP500 drive directly above the IGBT module. It is a generally-rectangular board with several small tabs extending from two sides. Components on its surface include a ten-position terminal strip, two female vertical pin connectors, a male vertical pin connector, two transformers of different sizes, and an LED component. The board also has high-voltage electrolytic capacitors, ceramic capacitors, diodes, resistors, integrated circuits, transistors, metal oxide varistors, field effect transistors, and Zener diodes. The board also has a number of stab-on connectors that are connected to a metal block that is located below the circuit board, and two two-pin vertical connectors.
