The 803624-113 is a board component designed to fit within Reliance’s FlexPak 3000 system. This FlexPak3000 board component can be used to send or receive data using a ControlNet network and a control processor. The board essentially makes the drive into a slave node within the ControlNet Network. The FlexPak 3000 drive is one of Reliance Electric’s most popular variable speed DC drives. It is easy to use, with an ergonomic design and easy installation and maintenance.
The 803624-113 is a long and narrow board designed with multiple connectors that are both vertically and horizontally mounted. This includes two BNC connectors for ControlNet communications, a D-shell RS-232 connector for programming flash memory, a ribbon cable connector, and an RJ-45 network access port for temporary access to the network. Other board components include a microprocessor and dual-port memory chips, as well as resistors and capacitors. Components are marked with reference designators. The board also carries the GE logo and several codes to help provide information regarding location and wiring. The board is drilled along its edges to allow for mounting.
