705330-52R Field Supply Assembly

The 705330-52R is a Field Supply Assembly fabricated by Reliance Electric. 

The 705330-52R is composed of a three-sided metal housing with two top-hat flanges at the bottom of the open end.  It has a back panel but is open to the front. The back panel holds the assembly’s circuit board and other components and also protects the various wires that extrude from and to components.  There are two components located on the top of the housing.  A small hole is drilled in the top of the housing to allow wires to reach from the interior components to these. 

The circuit board portion of the 705330-52R has two transformers in frames mounted to its surface.  The board also has diodes, resistors, and pin connectors.   Other components located within the housing include two metal oxide varistors and a Dale high-power resistor.    Wires inside the housing are gray, black, and orange, blue, and yellow,  and tend to be labeled according to their use.  Some wires are zip-tied into bundles for security.
