Product Description

The 419003-R is a DCS SC Valmet Winder by Reliance Electric. The 419003-R has a male terminal connector on the left side labeled J7. This male terminal connector does have two clips (one on either side) that lock the connection wire into place. The circuit board has two variable resistors on the bottom edge labeled Port A and Port B. Behind the variable resistors are two transformers. To the right of the variable resistors is another connection point. This point is a female connector that has screw in anchors on either side to secure the connecting cord into place and is labeled J4. To the right of the female connector is a series of twelve jumper pins with a single cover labeled J5 and J6. The 419003-R has seven integrated circuits and six microcontrollers. These devices control the entire circuit board. The card has two silver crystal oscillators. There are three yellow suppressor capacitors on this circuit board, a long black capacitor, along with surface mounted ceramic capacitors which are very small. The upper edge of the circuit board is marked X is labeled using numbers and increasing in intervals of five. The left edge of the circuit board marked Y also has small hash marks but no visible labeling. Every component on the circuit board has its own labels.
