The 0-846405-7R is a drive board produced by Reliance Electric. The 0-846405-7R uses a power rack to function. The circuit board on the 0-846405-7R has three large polypropylene capacitors. The drive board also has a large number of circular varistor resistors. The 0-846405-7R has various other styles of resistors including thick film resistors, carbon composition resistors, thermistor resistors, carbon film resistors, and other types of linear resistors.
The drive also has a large number of diodes such as Zener styles, signal diodes, and shot key didoes.
There is also a series of various capacitors such as PCB mount electrolytic capacitors, polyester capacitors, and radial ceramic capacitors.
The 0-846405-7R has a series of jumper pins around the circuit board. The 0-846405-7R uses a series or transistors both black and silver in color.
The circuit board is attached to a front faceplate that has eight variable resistors whose knobs poke through. The dials have five lines that surround it. These lines split the numbers that surround each dial which are zero, four, six, eight and ten. The dials also are labeled with there purpose. Starting at the bottom and moving up is a dial marked STAB, Line 2, Line 1, JOG / SPD, Rate 2, Rate 1, Min Speed, and Max Speed. The front panel also has the 0-846405-7R number on the bottom for identification purposes.
