Product Description

The 0-60031-6 is a Resolver and Drive Input / Output Module by Reliance Electric. The front side of this circuit board features a green LED labeled FDBK OK, the second LED light is green and labeled RPI, the third LED light is red and labeled MCR, the fourth LED light is green and labeled AUX IN1, the fifth LED light is green and labeled AUX IN2, the sixth LED light is green and labeled AUX IN3, the seventh LED light is green and labeled AUX IN4, the eighth LED light is green and labeled AUX IN5, and the final LED light is red and labeled AUX OUT. Underneath these LED lights are two female plugs on top of the other. The top one is labeled P1 FEEDBACK and the bottom one is labeled P2 I/O. The 0-60031-6’s actual circuit board features a large inductor. Next to the inductor is a large black rectangle with no readable markings. The drive also has a wide range of capacitors, featuring ceramic, polyester and suppressive capacitors. The 0-60031-6 has stacked gold colored metal brackets near the upper edge. The drive also uses two shot-key style diodes, solid pale blue resistors with writing on the outside and light blue resistors with multiple colored bands around the outside. Use the upper edge of the circuit board that is marked with numbers to accurately install the circuit board into place. When installing make sure the male terminal in the back is actually connected before tightening down the securing anchors.
