0-58706-4 Gate Driver DV/DT Board
The 0-58706-4 is a Gate Driver DV/DT board fabricated by Reliance Electric for use in their drive systems. This board is most often used in the MaxPak III 3-phase D-C variable speed regenerative drive. Although the 0-58706-4 typically carries a Reliance logo, it is possible the board you are replacing originated from Asea Brown Boveri or in some cases from Baldor Reliance. This is due to changes in the company structure. In all cases, the part ID reflects the 58706-4 number.
The 0-58706-4 is an uncluttered board with only a few components on its surface. This includes film capacitors. These six components are rated .022 μF J 1000V. The board has six pairs of wire wound resistors (twelve total) that are mounted above the board’s surface on standoffs. There is also a bipolar resistor mounted to the board within the field of resistors.
Other board components include a field of metal film resistors located in one board corner, terminal pins with covers, a total of four, and stab-on connectors. These connectors run along one board edge and are individually labeled. There are a total of eight stab-on connectors.
