Product Description

The 0-56966-2 functions as a Bus Control printed circuit board within a 200-400 HP GV3000/SE AC Drive from Reliance Electric. GV3000 drives are multi-purpose drive units designed for any number of applications where the adjustable speed control of a motor is required.   These chassis-style drives are designed for proper mounting accounting for airflow and environment. 

The 0-56966-2 is typically used for the transfer or movement of data to the CPU unit within the drive.   The unit includes six fuses (64676–65B)  and a 1200 VDC transformer, as well as two additional smaller transformers. 

Other board components include four metal oxide varistors or MOVs located in one corner.  The board one right-angled pin connector on the edge of one of the board’s corners and another right-angled cable connector along a board edge.  Additionally, there are multiple vertical pin connectors within the board’s body.  

The board also has several Zener diodes, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and transistors.   Resistors used on this board range from traditional metal film to resistors with higher-resistance.  

Reliance or Rockwell publications like user guides and manuals will provide additional important information regarding the handling, installation, and maintenance of the  0-56966-2.  Please note we ship all PCBs in anti-static bags to reduce the risk of damage during transit.  We suggest the use of a grounding strap during unboxing and while handling the device.
