0-56951-301AA Regulator Board
The 0-56951-301AA is a Reliance Electric circuit board manufactured for use in the company’s drives.
The 0-56951-301AA is designed as a Regulator Board with a four-digit display under a touchpad display/keypad. The keypad component fits over the circuit board as a metal carrier, and connects to the board via four screw mounts through factory made drill holes on the board’s surface. The keypad/display leaves the upper quarter of the board exposed. This part of the board is populated by a sixteen-position terminal strip, a relay, and several integrated circuits. Below these is the four-digit display, placed over two lines of four red LED indicators. The display and the LEDs correspond to openings in the overlying panel. The LEDs are labeled RPM, % Load, Volts, Remote, Run, Program, Forward, and Reverse. The front panel also includes an up and down toggle switch, a stop/reset button, a start button, a mode/enter button, and a forward/reverse button.
Other parts on the 0-56951-301AA circuit board include two right-angled cable connectors, transistors, resistors, a processing chip along with other integrated circuits, and capacitors. The cable connectors allow data to transfer from the board to the panel and to other board components.
