The 0-54394-1 is a rectangular shaped circuit board from Reliance Electric designed as part of the company’s drive systems. This is a replacement board that is no longer available through the original manufacturer but that can be purchased here at AX Control.
The 0-54394-1 is built upon a metal carrier with a down-facing flange The metal carrier connects to the board using standoffs that screw into factory-made drill holes located in each corner of the board. The circuit board is slightly smaller than the carrier and offset to one side.
The 0-54394-1 is designed with a number of onboard components including a transistor surrounded by a heat sink, multiple integrated circuits, a jumper switch, several vertical pin connectors, and resistors, diodes, and capacitors. The board also has several surface wired connectors with different ends that are designed to connect to offboard components. These wires end on the board or connect to the carrier underneath. There is also a single LED indicator placed along one board edge, turned at a right angle.
The 0-54394-1 board is marked with the Reliance logo and also carries its identification number. The board has a grid pattern on its surface. While some components are marked with their original manufacturing codes, most do not have a reference designation printed on the board surface.
