Product Description

The Error Detector Card marked 0-54204-1 is a Reliance Electric board component that is typically used within the company’s various systems, but most often the Automate 31 system.  

The 0-54204-1 is a five-sided card with a large cutout within the board’s surface close to the front edge that creates what appears to be a handle at that edge.  Above this cutout, the unit has a large black component mounted to the board’s surface.  This component is used as an input device.  It includes two disk capacitors that are mounted along its front surface as well as several screw connections for wired I/O inputs.   The back edge of the board is also populated by an input/connector device. 

Between these two input devices, the board’s surface is marked with a grid pattern.  Typically, components do not include a reference designator.   The unit is sparsely populated but does include several integrated circuits and capacitors.  There are also several surface wires that mount above a relay component, along with four transistors. 

The 0-54204-1 has specific installation and configuration instructions that can be found within Reliance Electric manuals and user guides.  Please read through this information before you begin any kind of board procedure.
