0-52823 DFSA Digital Firing Board: The 0-52823 is a Reliance Electric board component manufactured for use within the company’s drive systems. The 0-52823 is built with:

• a narrow faceplate attached to the board’s circuit board
• no components built into its surface
• a set screw located at its top and bottom edges
• a grid pattern notated along one axis by letters and along its second axis by numbers

0-52823 Suppressors and Integrated Circuits

Most ICs are marked with their manufacturer’s part numbers to allow the user to easily identify and replace any chip that may have an issue. Please note that all used parts purchased from AX Control go through a thorough refurbishment process. The rear edge of the Digital Firing Board extends in its center and is covered by conductive tabs. This acts as a backplane connector when the board is inserted into a rack system. The board itself is populated by:

• a single polyester vinyl capacitor
• several ceramic disk capacitors
• metal film resistors
• thirty integrated circuits
  • XNOR gates
  • high-performance analog decoder/drivers
  • NAND gates
