0-52712-2 Dual Output Card 230 VAC
The 0-52712-2 is a Dual Output Card from Reliance Electric. This circuit board is designed to be used within various Reliance drives. It may be marked as a Baldor Reliance board or, in some rare cases, as originating from Asea Brown Boveri. The part number will always reflect “52712-2” somewhere.
The 0-52712-2 does not have any sort of faceplate and is not fitted with extractor clips, like many boards in this series. Instead, it has a shorter leading edge (as compared to its rear edge) that also has a large cutout placed within the body of the board directly below its edge. This gives the appearance of an extruding handle. A grid pattern is printed on the board beginning below this cutout, and the first component is placed along the first line of the grid. This component is an output housing designed with several terminal screw connections and two LED indicators. This component parallels the front and diagonal edges of the board.
Other components on the surface of the 0-52712-2 include MOVs, otherwise known as metal oxide varistors, disk capacitors and other capacitors, surface wiring, transistors, resistors, and diodes. The board has a line of metal clips along its back edge. It also has a large metal plate that is mounted with four screws to the center of the board. This plate covers several other board components.
