The 0-52711-15 is a board component made and released by Reliance to fit into their drive systems.  Your board may be marked with the Reliance logo, or in some cases, it may be marked with the logo of Baldor-Reliance.  More rarely, it could be marked as being produced by ABB/Asea Brown Boveri. The 0-52711-15 functions as a Data Input board.  Unlike typical board components in this series that has some sort of rectangular shape, the 0-52711-15 is a modified rectangle that has had one long corner cut off at an angle.  The opposite corner of this side is cut out with an extended oval. This side of the board is populated by a large black board connector (input) that extends over the board edge.

Other components located on the surface of the 0-52711-15 include a high-performance analog bus driver integrated circuit (the only IC on the board’s surface,)  twelve resistors made from carbon composite material, eight diodes, surface wiring, and capacitors made from ceramic material and aluminum electrolytic material.  Ceramic capacitors include disk capacitors.
