The 0-51862-2 is a USAB PC board made by Reliance Electric. The USAB card is used in a power rack and is controlled by a front panel that is exposed when the card is installed into the power rack. The controls for this card are three black dials that run down the faceplate. The first dial is titled Limit 1, the second dial is titled Limit 2, and the third dial is titled STAB. Each dial has a range from zero to ten. Below the three dials is a blue colored female connection point. Directly above and below this port are two small metal cylinders. These small metal cylinders are used as anchor points for the cable that connects to the female port. Just behind the front panel is the circuit board. The dials and the female port have wires coming from them that secure to the 0-51862-2 board. The remainder of the card features seven large yellow polypropylene capacitors that have their energy storing capacity written on the outer layer. The 0-51862-2 also has a combination of ten transistors either small black semi-circles or silver full circles. The 0-51862-2 also has a series of diodes, resistors, and smaller capacitors, along with some minor surface wiring all placed across a grid pattern.
