The 0-51839-2 is a PCB (printed circuit board) fabricated as part of a line of replacement drive boards by Reliance Electric.  This circuit board has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is not currently in production. Your part number may be written as 0518392 or O-51839-2 and may be marked as being produced by ABB (Asea Brown Boveri) or from  Baldor Reliance.

The 0-51839-2 functions as an Overload circuit board.  The PCB is attached to a front faceplate that will allow for easy handling and insertion or removal into a rack system.  The faceplate is marked with the board number, the Reliance logo, and the board id. It has two set screws, one at the top and one at the bottom, a reset switch, and an indicator light with the notation that ‘Overload when light is on.’

The 0-51839-2  circuit board has very few components.  The board is marked with a grid, with letters noted on one edge and numbers on a perpendicular edge.  The board has a conductive backplane “tail” that plugs into the rack. There are four relays on the board surface, along with several transistors, thermistors, resistors, and capacitors.  Capacitors can be polyester vinyl or made from other materials.
