About the 0-51831-2
The 0-51831-2 is an CVTC printed circuit board by Reliance Electric. The front of the printed circuit board has ten metal screws. The first screw is labeled COM, the second screw is labeled COMV and collectively labeled ARM CURRENT FB., the third screw is labeled with a three (3), the fourth screw is labeled with a four (4), the fifth screw is labeled with a five (5), the sixth screw is labeled 500V, the seventh screw is labeled 240V, the eighth screw is labeled 180V, the ninth screw is labeled 100MV, and the tenth screw is labeled COM. Screws six through ten (6-10) are collectively labeled ARM VOLTS FB. The circuit board attached to the faceplate has a grid that all of the smaller pieces sit on. The grid is blocked out using numbers for the lines running the width of the circuit board and letters for the lines running the length of the circuit board. From the screw ports on the front there are seven wires coming from the faceplate and connecting to the circuit board at metal pins that say COM, 100V. 500V, 240V, 180 V, 100mv, and COM. There are various sized transistors throughout the circuit board, three small transformers in the center of the circuit board. There are various lengths of black wire toward the back end on the circuit board that just attaches to the circuit board in two places. There are also diodes to turn the traces into one-way streets.
