The 0-51381-16 is a controller card manufactured by Reliance Electric. This card is very similar to all the cards included in the 0-51381 series models made by Reliance Electric. This card features four dials at the top labeled IR COMP, CURRENT LIMIT, MAX. SPEED, and ACCELERATE. Around each dial are markings with a zero, a five and a ten printed out with hash marks in between each printed number.
The 0-51381-16 card also has a female connection point on the left with screws on the top to secure each plugin. The circuit board uses a large number of resistors of different styles, a range of different style didoes and an array of capacitors to achieve what it needs. The 0-51381-16 has a large black box in the lower left corner that is labeled ES51381, 8403-0026, COTO-9124. There are around ten transistors to amplify energy that is created by the large transformer and the two large wrapped coil inductors.
