Product Description

The IS200VSPAH1A is a board component from General Electric designed as part of the company’s Speedtronic line.  Specifically, this board is used within the Mark VI and Mark VIe systems for the control and management of industrial turbine systems in the gas, hydro, and steam industries. 

The IS200VSPAH1A is a component-dense board with two backplane connectors.  It has an attached front faceplate with two set screws that help lock the entire board into place once it has been mounted into a rack system.  The faceplate is also populated by three LED indicators and two d-shell connectors that are designed for the quick connection of cable components.   There are additional vertical pin connectors located on the board’s surface. 

The central part of the IS200VSPAH1A is taken up by a XILINX field-programmable gate array chip.  The board has many other integrated circuits around this chip.  It also has multiple resistors, diodes, capacitors, and transistors.  The board has several inductor coils and oscillating chips on its surface as well.  Most components have been marked with some kind of reference designation for easy identification.  The board also carries the GE logo and several additional printed codes.
