Product Description
The IS200JPDMG1ADC, part of the Mark VI series by General Electric, is a printed circuit board serving as a control power output module. It is capable of receiving and distributing 28v dc. Another similar board, the IS200JPDS, is also manufactured by General Electric, but it includes additional components like branch circuit fuses and output connectors compared to the JPDM model. The JPDM board has the ability to accommodate a Power Diagnostic Pack (PPDA) if needed. It's important to note that when the PPDA pack is attached to the JPDM board, it is counted as two boards due to the numerous PPDA feedback signals it generates.
JDPM is designed to maintain three separate power buses for R, S, and T applications. In a redundant control system, two adjacent IS200JPDMG1A can be utilized, providing an added layer of reliability by maintaining a separation of control power. This separation ensures the system's overall dependability. The primary application for this module is within a power distribution modular (PDM) system. When the JPDM module is mounted in the PDM, it communicates with several other boards, namely the jumper AC distribution module (JPDB), the jumper DC power distribution module (JPDF), and the DC battery distribution board (JPDE).
The IS200JPDMG1ADC board boasts numerous physical components, including two fifty-pin diagnostic ribbon cable connectors labeled P2 and P1, positioned at the top and bottom of the board. Additionally, there are three fused two-pin Mate-N-Lok connectors (JCT, JCR, and JCS) along with other components. JPDM accepts power from cables and distributes it to the JR, JS, and JT connectors. JPDM, when hosting a PPDA I/O pack, will be mounted so indicator lights on the pack are easily visible.
