Product Description

The IS200JPDDG1AA is a GE Mark VI board component.  The MKVI system is one of General Electric’s Speedtronic line, which has been used for the management of heavy-duty gas and steam turbines for decades.  The Mark VI is built around a central Control Module. This module is responsible for the majority of the control, monitoring, and protection of the system.

The IS200JPDDG1AA is a DC power distribution board.  This board is a branch circuit board, of which there are several in the Mark VI system, which is used to provide additional distribution of ac/dc power for the output of the core PDM elements.  The IS200JPDDG1AA is used with a single input of 125 VDC, 24V, or 48V.

The IS200JPDDG1AA is a small rectangular board with few components.  It is built with six on/off switches that each correspond to two fuses.  The fuses are marked as positive or negative (FU1P/FU1N.) Each on/off switch corresponds to a 2-position plug located on one edge.  These plugs are labeled JD1, JD2, JD3, JD4, JD5, and JD6. The board has two more two-position plugs and two more plugs with more positions located on its surface.  Each plug is labeled.

The surface of the IS200JPDDG1AA includes resistors and diodes, including six LEDs that indicate the power status of outputs.  There is a single conduction sensor located in one corner that is marked “TB1.”
