Product Description

The IS200DTAIH1ABB is a GE component created for the Mark VI system.  The Mark VI is a gas/steam turbine management system  released under the Speedtronic series  name.  This series has been used for turbine management since the 1960s in its various iterations.  The Mark VI has Ethernet communication capabilities and includes onboard diagnostics (limit checking) within both the hardware and the software. 

The IS200DTAIH1ABB is a Simplex Analog Input/Output terminal board.  It is a compact input board for analog signals.  The board is mounted into a plastic holder that allows the PCB to be DIN-rail mounted.  This board has ten analog inputs as well as two analog outputs.  The outputs are 0-20mA but one can be configured for 0-200mA current by reconfiguring jumpers.  

The IS200DTAIH1ABB has a single 37-pin connector with latching fasteners.  This is labeled JR1.  The board has a terminal board (TB1) with 48 screw connections. This terminal strip is permanently mounted to the board.  Shielded twisted pairs of #18 AWG wire are typically used on the terminal block.  Please note that screws 43/44 are designated as the ground (SCOM) connection.  The ground wire should be as short as possible.   The board has twenty-one jumper switches; these are labeled JP1A/B-JP10A/B (20) plus JP0.   The board also includes various capacitors, resistors, and integrated circuits, as well as four small sub-panels. Jumpers on the board are used to configure current and voltage.
