Product Description

The IS200DSPXH1D module is a digital signal processor controller. The digital signal processor control boards control processing, logic, and interface functions. The IS200DSPXH1D controller is used in conjunction with the Mark VI and EX2100 series manufactured by General Electric Company. 

The module has onboard firmware which is found in the Flash memory of the IS200DSPXH1D controller, within the firmware there are three main firmware types which are as follows, application code, configuration parameters, and boot loader. Every firmware type has a unique function. The application code will define specific control functions for the exciter and or drive products, when using the code it will be sent through the Tool port on the exciter. The configuration parameters are loaded into the controller using the toolbox application. Exciter parameters are loaded through the Unit Data Highway application and drive parameters are loaded through either an Ethernet connection, serial port, or ISBus connection.
