Digital Signal Controller Board model IS200DSPXH1B is one of the DSPX models that can be used in conjunction with the EX2100 Excitation Controller series. The DSPX model is not equipped with any fuses, does not have any adjustable hardware, and does not contain any user test points. The IS200DSPXH1B board is mounted in the board rack and will connect to the backplane through a 128-pin, 4-row DIN connector. The DSPX model is attached to another board within the EX2100 series, said model being the EISB but the two boards can be detached. 

If I need to replace the IS200DSPXH1B board how can I do so?

You can replace the IS200DSPXH1B board offline, to do so ensure that the exciter has been de-energized. Once the exciter has been de-energized check all of the LEDs within the control cabinet to make sure that they are all powered off, you can disconnect the six fiber-optic cables from the EISB front panel once it is confirmed all LEDs are off. You will have to remove both the DSPX and EISB boards to replace the IS200DSPXH1B board. When the board has been removed from the cabinet and EISB board you can attach the replacement board to the EISB board and then slide the replacement back into the correct slot and firmly press the top and bottom of the faceplates. Reconnect all communication cables that were disconnected when the old module was removed.
