Product Description

The IS200DSPXH1A model is classified as a digital signal processor control board, which is what the DSPX of the model stands for. The predominant function of the board is to control the motor and bridge regulator as well as the gate functions for the Innovation Series drives. Not only does the IS200DSPXH1A model control the motor and bridge regulators it also controls field control generator applications when connected to the Excitation Controller series. 

There are three I/O connectors within the DSPX module which are a P6 engineering monitor port, a P1 backplane connector, and a P5 DSP emulator port. To show what is occurring within the controller there are two LEDs on the front panel, the DS1 LED will be red and will be used to determine faults, if the LED is flashing or on it means a fault has occurred and if the LED is off no faults have been detected; the DS2 LED will be green and is used to determine the status, if the LED is on but not flashing it means that the DSP has stopped, if the LED is on and flashing then it means the DSP is running sufficiently if the LED is off a fault has occurred within the DSP.
