Product Description

F31X111PSHARG1--MFC/Power Supply Control Card

The F31X111PSHARG1 is a power supply control card manufactured by General Electric for use within older general purpose drive systems.  This includes the DC-300 drive and compatible drives. This board has an alternate board id number of 531X111PSHASG1. It is marked with codes like 006/01 and 003/01.  The board functions as an MFC/Power Supply Control Card.

The F31X111PSHARG1 has eight fuses.  All are mounted in fuse holders. Five are placed together in one corner of the board, while the other three are located separately.  The board has four metal oxide varistors (MOVs,) three potentiometers, as well as diodes, capacitors, and resistors. Resistors include carbon composite resistors and resistors made of metal film.  The board uses capacitors made from polyester vinyl, ceramic material, and electrolytic material. It also has two large Sprague capacitors located in the bottom corner of the board.

The F31X111PSHARG1 connects and communicates with external components and boards through stab-on connectors (over ten,) vertical pin header connectors (nine,)  and vertical pin cable connectors (one.) These components are located across the board.

The F31X111PSHARG1 has integrated circuits, diodes, three inductor coils, three transformers, jumper switches, three relays, transistors, and three heat sinks.  Most components on the board are marked with reference designators and with original manufacturer part numbers for simple identification.
