The 531X305NTBAEG1 is a GE Motors and Industrial Systems board component designed for use within exciter or drive cabinets. This NTB/3TB terminal board uses its passive-interface circuitry along with the control device’s connection terminals for external signal-level inputs and outputs. It is used for interfaces such as digital control inputs, relay outputs, low-level analog inputs and outputs, analog tach coarse scaling, and interfacing with the power supply, encoder, and RS-232C and RS-422 serial interfaces. The 531X305NTBAEG1 board provides the control device with several important features.  It can:

• produce unregulated 24 VDC and 120 VAC and 5 VDC and 15 VDC regulated supplies
• configure the interface for either 5V or 5V encoders

The seven relay outputs each feature a contact rating of 120 VAC 1 A. These relays are either Form C or Form A outputs. Analog outputs can be scaled using the four potentiometers that are located on the board’s surface.
