General Electric developed the 531X305NTBACG1 card as an NTB/3TB terminal board. This card was developed for the 531X series of replacement drive boards. A number of integral board features are provided by this board. Some of the interfaces included on the board include power supplies, encoders, analog I/O, relay outputs, and serial outputs.
The NTB/3TB terminal card provides the drive with a number of important board features. 531X305NTBACG1 can produce regulated output supplies of 5 VDC and 15 VDC. It is also capable of producing unregulated 24 VDC and 120 VAC supplies. Onboard jumpers allow users to ability to configure the interface for 5 and 15 V encoders. Seven relay outputs are also integrated into the board, with each featuring a contact rating of 120 VAC, 1 A. The relays are a combination of form C and form A outputs. Low level analog I/O can be scaled using the four potentiometers found on the card.
